"Mostly right, the order was"
My order came on time, so that part was good. But one of the items was the wrong size, which was annoying a bit. I contacted support and they fixed it later, so not terrible overall, just not as smooth as I hoped

"Pretty disappointed with the print quality"
I was expecting better. The colors came out looking dull, and a few of the edges were blurry, which was frustrating. It just didn’t look as sharp or clean as I hoped it would.

I took a look at pippipost.com, but it didn’t really make me feel confident. Some of the information seemed thin, and I couldn’t clearly figure out who’s actually behind the site. Maybe it’s totally fine, but that lack of transparency feels avoidable, and for now I’m not quite comfortable trusting it.

"Honestly, it didn’t feel worth what I paid"
I ended up paying more than I thought I was going to, and after everything was said and done, the service just felt basic to me. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for the price, I expected a lot more attention, effort, or just something that made it feel worthwhile. Instead, it felt like I paid extra for something very average. I don’t really see myself using it again unless the price comes down or the service improves quite a bit.

"It got fixed, but it literally took a while"
Support did end up sorting the issue out, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I’m glad it’s fixed now, it just literally took longer than I expected...

"Not quite as special as I expected"
I was kind of hoping to find more unique or different-looking items, but a lot of the stuff felt similar to things I’ve seen on other sites. Some pieces are nice enough, for sure, just not really that original, if that makes sense. For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more special. i was a little disappointed.

"Runs Way Smaller Than I Expected"
I ordered my usual size, but it fit way too small. Maybe I just prefer a little more room in my clothes, but this felt nowhere close to the size I normally wear.

"colors didn’t come out right"
the order itself was fine, but the colors weren’t really close to what I uploaded. the print came out duller and a little too dark, so it didn’t match my original design like I expected. shipping was okay, but I was disappointed when I saw it in person.

"Always Seems to Be Out of Stock"
I tried shopping here a few times, but it got frustrating fast. Most of the things I actually wanted were out of stock, and there wasn’t any clear info on when they’d be back. I kept checking again thinking maybe I was just unlucky, but it was the same issue every time. Eventually I gave up and ordered from somewhere else...

"Pretty solid value, with one small hiccup"
I’ve been using the pippipost.com subscription for a few months now, it’s been worth it for me. Getting set up was simple, and my emails/posts have mostly gone out exactly when they’re supposed to. There was one time something got delayed, which was a little annoying, but support got back to me and fixed it. It’s not flawless, but for the price and the convenience, I’d say it’s a good deal and does the job without much stress...

"Return was a headache"
I sent my order back and thought the refund would be straightforward, but I ended up having to keep following up. The email replies were really slow, and it felt like no one was actually looking into what was happening.

The refund did finally come through after I sent more messages, but the whole returns process was messy and stressful. I would not order from them again unless they sort this out...

"Tracking was all over the place"
I used Pippi Post and the tracking was a mess. It sat on the same status for days, then randomly updated like nothing had happened, so I never really knew where my parcel was. That’s stressful when you’re trying to plan around a delivery.
Customer support didn’t make it any clearer either. What annoyed me most was how it felt like they could hide behind little policy loopholes whenever the tracking didn’t make sense, instead of actually explaining what was going on. Maybe it works fine for some people, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t use it again.

I ordered something from pippipost.com the delivery was all over the place. At first it said it would only take a few days... then the updates just stopped. I waited around thinking maybe it would sort itself out, but no, I ended up having to message them just to get a basic answer.
By the time it finally showed up, it was way later than I actually needed it. Maybe some people have a smoother experience, I don’t know, but if timing matters at all... I wouldn’t risk it again. Just a really frustrating process from start to finish.

"Got Frustrated Just Trying to Find Simple Info"
I went on the website thinking I’d be in and out in a couple minutes, just looking for some basic information. But quickly, the pages started loading strangely, and things weren’t where I expected them to be. I kept clicking around, waiting for stuff to show up properly, and after a while it just got annoying. What should’ve been a simple visit turned into me getting frustrated and giving up sooner than I planned.

"The discount sounded better than it ended up being"
I decided to give pippipost.com a try mostly because I had a promo code and figured it would make the order feel like a decent deal. But once I got to checkout, the actual discount was a lot smaller than I was expecting, which was kind of disappointing. It wasn’t a horrible experience or anything, and the site itself wasn’t terrible, but the way the deal was presented made it feel like I’d be saving more than I actually did. So overall, it just left me feeling like the promo was a bit misleading rather than actually helpful.

"I had a problem with my order..."
I had a problem with my order and reached out to pippipost.com support, thinking it’d be a simple fix. Nope. The Waiting Game Champions took forever to reply, and when they finally did, it was just some copy-paste nonsense that didn’t help at all. I asked a basic question and somehow got passed around like nobody wanted to deal with it. the whole thing felt like the “Please Just Go Away” department was running the show. Super frustrating
